REACH 法规规定
a. 若产品中含有 SVHC，并且含量大于 0.1%，同时年生产或进口量小于 1 吨，制造商应向物品接收方提供确保物品安全使用的信息，至少包括化学品名称；消费者可能要求物品中的 SVHC 信息，必须在 45 天内提供。
b. 若产品含有 SVHC，并且含量大于 0.1%，同时年生产或进口量大于 1 吨，则应向欧洲化学品管理局(ECHA)通报该物品。
