2、产品适用的所有的法规和条列；
3、进口商或制造商（美国本土）的信息：包括名称、地址和电话；
4、支撑证书的检测结果持有人的联系信息：名称、地址、邮箱地址和电话。（通常可以理解为美国本土以外的制造商）；
5、产品生产日期和地址，生产日期必须到年月，地址必须到城市；
6、检测时间和地址或者证书基于的检测报告
7、第三方检测机构信息（CPSC认可的实验室）：名称、地址、联系电话。
